Pressing through Depression

According to the World Health Organization, more than 264 million people worldwide have depression, including, according to the Census Bureau, one-third of all Americans. Depression is the most common mental health disorder for women, affecting more women than men. Former First Lady Michelle Obama says she suffers from low-grade depression, and it’s her transparency that sparks this week’s discussion.
